The next morning when I returned to the classroom, my teacher, Mrs. Sanchez, was surprised that I’d figured it out so quickly. “How did you do it?” she asked with a look of amazement. “I just stuck to it,” I answered with a giggle. She didn’t understand why I was laughing but I liked my little joke. Gumballs…stuck to it… get it? I laughed again, knowing that Zappy would think it was funny too. Then I had an idea.
